Introduction

A construction company works with landowners, permits, suppliers, a warehouse, clients, instalment sales, rentals and debts, all at the same time. Much of that work lives in Excel, on paper and in a few people's heads.

The platform brings all of it into one place, on a computer, tablet or phone. From the day the land is taken over from its owners to the last instalment collected, every step is recorded once. Only the people who should see it can see it. It turns itself into reports, calculated debts and financial overviews.

Dashboard

  • The whole company on one page: active projects, money collected from sales, units for sale, expected monthly rent, total investment and upcoming appointments.
  • Charts:
    • income over the last 12 months;
    • the status of every unit;
    • for each project, money collected against the total expected from units sold.
  • Project progress, upcoming appointments, warehouse movements and who is away this week.
  • Enforcement: the amount sent, what the enforcement agents took, the net recovered and what is still open.
  • Each panel appears only for the roles allowed to see it.

  • The project list, with location, dates and supervisor.
  • The project dashboard:
    • work done and work in progress;
    • income from sales, investments, units for sale, rent and owners;
    • the financial balance: income from sales and rent against purchases;
    • the timeline, and spending by supplier.

  • A unit can be handed to an owner or a supplier as compensation. The compensation is recorded on the supplier's card automatically.

What is included

Monthly packages

  • Setting up the company, its users and their roles.
  • 2 training sessions for the team.
  • Support by email and phone, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a reply within 1 working day.
  • Updates at no extra cost.

Perpetual Licence

  • Installation, configuration and training.
  • 3 months of support and updates. After that, updates are provided under a paid agreement.
  • The server, the domain and backups are the client's responsibility.

Licence terms

These apply to the Perpetual Licence.

  1. The licence grants the right of use only to the purchasing company and its employees, for its own business.
  2. The licence is not transferable. It may not be sold, resold, rented, sub-licensed or made available to third parties, with or without payment.
  3. Intellectual property in the platform remains ours. The licence does not include the source code and does not permit copying, modifying or building similar products.
  4. The licence covers one domain and one company. Any other company, even a related one, needs its own licence.
  5. Breaching these terms ends the licence and requires compensation for the damage.

Commercial terms

  • Prices are in euro. Monthly package prices include VAT; the Perpetual Licence price excludes VAT.
  • Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of the month and payable by the 5th.
  • The minimum subscription is 12 months. After that, it continues month to month and can be ended with 30 days' notice.
  • You can move from Standard to Premium at any time, from the following month.
  • The Perpetual Licence is paid 50% on signature and 50% after installation, or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
  • Your data belongs to you. When a subscription ends, you receive a full export of your data.
